Settlers' Day-June 13 Sun

An action-packed Settlers Day on June 13th is kicking off the 2010 season at the Kawartha Settler’s Village in Bobcaygeon.

Event organizers have been working hard to ensure there is something for people of all ages and interests.  Activities will be held between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., and you’ll have to keep up a fast pace to get around to see everything going on at the village that day.

- Over one hundred antique classic cars and trucks will be on display.

- Large number of antique tractors and agricultural machines and implements.

- Displays of antique clocks, outboard motors.

- See the blacksmith at work, get you hair cut in the 1885 barbers chair in the general store. 

- View the 1902 WOOT automobile, the newly restored 1900 McLaughlin cutter.

- Enjoy the Strawberry Social and Musical Entertainment.

- Several artisans will offer unique merchandise.
